These multi seed crackers are vegan /Gluten Free/ no flour/ low carb and keto
They are perfect as a healthy snack 😋
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin seed
1/2 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup white sesame
1/4 cup black sesame
1/4 cup chia seed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup flaxseed
4 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoons
Oregano 1/2 teaspoons
1 1/2 cold water
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all the seeds with seasoning
Add water , mix, cover it set it aside for 3 hrs
After 3 hrs mixture will thicken and become gooey/ gel like. This is your crackers dough,
Preheat oven 250F
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Spread the mixture into evenly sized scores,
Bake the crackers until browned and firm to touch about a hours
Allow to cool and break apart.
