      When younger I always looked at bald guys and thought id hate to be bald. Then, I started to notice my hair reseeding on the sides so I just started styling it in a way nobody would notice. Fast forward a few years and its getting pretty damm thin on top and from the front all the way to the crown. I hate going in the pool around chicks because if my gets wet I look like a mangy dog lol 😮‍💨. My daughter caught nits from day care a few months the back and then I instantly felt itchy, im a single full time dad and my daughter 4 year old daughter sleeps in my bed so I got to work and started treating our hair. After treating mine and running the nit comb through my hair the only thing I found was lots of hair coming out more then usual. After treating it again a week later I noticed more hair coming out. I started thinking if this keeps happening ill be completely bald in no time 👎
      Soo... I raced down the chemist, got minoxidil then jumped online and orderd finasteride. It's been just over 2 months and I'm starting to see some small new hairs popping up , very excited for the future now😁

    I look at a lot of hair transplant results and this is by far the best. No funny angles or poor lighting. In fact, this is the type of result that inspires guys to want to get this done. However, results like this are rare to come by due to not enough donor or the surgeon. Hair transplants are hit or miss (even with a good surgeon) and it all comes down to the hairline. If it sucks, it doesn't matter how much hair you got.

    Great advice! After having a lot of hair fall, about 130-150 strands per day, after Covid, I tried many different hair care products like serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but they didn't work. However, I did some thorough research and made some changes to my lifestyle that helped. First, I started eating more foods with protein while cutting down on white flour and sugar. Second, I started doing warm-up exercises to improve blood flow. Lastly, I switched from using chemical hair products to using a natural shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil to control hair fall. Once a week, I massage my hair with the oil for 5 minutes and then wash it off in the morning. Sometimes, I add rosemary oil to make it more powerful and better for hair growth. These changes have helped a lot, and now I only lose around 10-15 strands of hair per day, which is normal. If you or someone you know is dealing with excessive hair fall, I highly recommend trying out these tips as they might be helpful.

    This had got to be one of the best hair transplant results I ever seen, I’m not bald and neither am I balding but recently I started dropping a lot of hair on the floor especially when I’m stressed and I noticed my left side is always alittle higher than the right which is full of hair, I’m trying natural remedies to prevent hair loss or balding now when I’m young and not balding.

    • @MrRolandas
      @MrRolandas  2 роки тому +1

      Easy way to determine whether you have the hair loss gene or not is by looking at your family members. If any males have hair loss, it's likely you will have it too to a certain degree.
      I suggest do nothing of "natural remedies". Hair loss occurs due to loads of different reasons. Establish what's the reason with dermatologist and take it from there.
      There's nonuniversal 1 treatment like putting coconut oil on your hair or whatever. It's all bullshit.

      @@MrRolandasStrangely my biological father has a relatively full set of hair at almost 70 with no real balding sign, my maternal grandfather has a good set of hair with relatively little balding for someone who’s 87, my mum’s brother started to lose hair though not to a full extend at around his 30’s and my grandparents brothers all are bald at the center, so basically my father & maternal grandfather has a good set of hair with little balding at 68 & 87 but everyone else had started balding or are bald at the center completely. I started using Alpecin shampoo which I noticed helped prevent hair fall a lot as soon as the first wash. I used to be lazy and not shampoo or only shampoo alittle every few days only or when it gets too oily that I have no choice but to shampoo now I’m started to properly wash my hair because prior I don’t wash my hair properly and just pressing on my scalp with a finger, u can feel there’s so much oil & smell

    • @MrRolandas
      @MrRolandas  2 роки тому

      Alpecin doesn't do anything to stop hair loss sadly, it's all marketing. In general no Shampoo will do anything in terms of male pattern baldness.
      If someone in your family has the gene for MPB, you might very well have it too.
      I suggest to see dermatologist and let him assess you. The earlier you start finasteride, the more hair you will save I'm a long term if its confirmed male pattern baldness

      @@MrRolandas right now I’m not really balding so there’s no need for it now, but as for Alpecin I doubt it helps with hair growth but it honestly helped with my hair from falling very noticeably, ever since I started using it I lost less hair in a week than I did in just a few hours on a bad day, the longer my hair got the more my hair fall to the point grabbing a bunch felt normal to me, now my floor genuinely has less hair in a week than before I started using Alpecin so I would say it does help with hair loss if you’re not balding or aren’t in a noticeable significant stage of balding. I’ll try Minoxidil in the future and other dermatologist product in the future but as of right now I’m not balding or have any significant hair loss.

    I just had my first hair transplant. Im only 18 years old and started experiencing hair loss at 15-16 ish It started out with my right side a little and didn't notice it at all. Until someone pointed it out to me how much my hair had changed over a period of 12 months. I mean the difference was night and day. Now i hope to give my hair a second redemption as im still so young i think alot of people will question me why i did it but going bald so young isn't a fun experience when all ur friends have long lucious hair and you wear a cap all day. I mean i was literally choking my hair to go out at any point. So i hope the results will be good. Im not looking forward to the falling out of the hairs but i know they will grow back alot stronger.

    • @MrRolandas

      Hair Transplant can be very rewarding IF its done correctly (which 90% of the time it isn't, believe it or not).
      I'd stress though your actual hair loss. Having hair loss as young age usually means aggressive hair loss in the future. If you would end up eventually Norwood 7 with bad donor, not just your hair transplant will fall off, but you will be left with scars in your donor for life.
      I'd strongly advice to look into finasteride if not on it already and be very diligent with it.

    Your hair before looked similar to mine, except I had a little more up front. A slight patch. I’m 4 months out right now. It took me until 48 to reach that point. The finasteride has made my donor area into a bush. I literally have way more hair there than I did before the transplant. I’ll probably use your same strategy. Grow long, comb back, at one year get one more procedure. I did same as you, same area, advised it was safe and I’d have the highest survival rate like that. My donor hair count is very high and there’s plenty left to finish it up. When I was bald, I couldn’t get used to that person in the mirror. It wasn’t a person I saw myself as and I never thought I was actually that bald, even though the pictures would always show me I was. I hated pictures and wouldn’t let people take pictures of me because to me, it was only a reminder of this bald guy I couldn’t come to grips with.

I just got a 2300 FUT done last Thursday here in the US. So still recovering but so far so good. Couple questions if you will.
    1. What dosage of finasteride do you use? 2. Have you ever had PRP and if so, what was your experience with it? 3. Did you use a laser cap or similar? If you did, which one and how did it work out for you? I will be going through your feed when I get more time but I’m hoping you can share a little insight on the above. Thanks!

      I'm glad you find my videos useful! I'm sure you will find most of your questions answered in one of hundreds of videos I have.
      1. 1mg/day
      2. never. imo waste of time and money (unless you have abundance of money and willing to travel across states just for 1 prp every 3-4 months). Not every prp is created equal. 99% of them are garbage. It's very rare to see a doctor mastering it, so he actually gets results. Still easier to keep up with fin + min.
      3. Never used LLLT, although I don't see a problem incorporating it if you wish as there's no sides, it doesn't cost that much as it's one time investment.

    After learning about fin/min side effects, I put them away for the past 10+ years. Kinda regret but also not. I'm bald with nw5. I am damn sure the biggest reason for my balding is stress + sleeping extremely late and only for 2-3 hours a day + severe depression adding to lack of workouts and sunlight. Everytime I try to better myself, I lose all hope and revert back to old ways after snapping a pic of my hairline in the temple and the crown. hi brother, I was having hair fall out of control which led to diffuse thinning of my hair. In 2020, I started on finasteride. my hair fall was very aggressive, barber said to me if this continues you would become bald, after 5 months of taking finasteride, the patience paid off, the hair fall ceased, and quality of hair improved exponentially, then recently I started applying topical minoxidil to scalp, after 3 month on minoxidil, my hair shaft width increased like crazy. I was surprised how thick my hair got from minoxidil, my hair is now ridiculously thick, (like I have to apply quite force to flatten hair on my hairline, My hair line from corners is just 5 cm from my eyebrows, I am extremely happy with my thick jet black hair. My only question is can I retain all this amazing hairline and thickness forever if I keep taking Finasteride and Minoxidil for life?
