Honestly this sounds pretty great and I'm just greatful they took the time to address things like this. It gets annoying after the 100th gank where you feel like you can't move. We'll see how it plays out.

its crazy because it just shows arrogance, the BEST outcome for a gank victim is that they spam attacks so you can just parry them, which punishes gankers who do that. but then promotes peeling and unblockable 5050 feint spamming which (in my opinion) is the most mind numbing thing in the whole game and literally the worst outcome. So overall the games just gonna be less fun for me ig...

So if I'm understanding this right? And I am nitpicking the only Reason warden is available to play in the testing grounds is because everybody has warden. And there was no changes done to him. But if you're only option is warden as a playable character in testing grounds. What feedback could you honestly give other than just getting whooped on for or a Round

i have been playing from day 1 of server crashing 45 min wait times for a single game. I love this game but ganking makes it very hard to get new player to start.
Thanks for the update, and if anyone sees this is there any way to allow gaining revenge more reliably on dodges? I find that especially as assassin's, dodging when being ganked often feeds no revenge.
Get good, block and parry my guy. Don't make them do that cuz then it's an unfair advantage for those of us who are actually good at the game.

I get what your saying but if we could fill the revenge meter by dodging all the time nobody would block\parry and everyone would be Mayweathering it and where would the fun be in that??, dodge, bide your time and block and party and find your opening.

play duels, like honorable warrior. Its like playing cs go/dota/battlefield/cod crying about unfair fights

Yeah and the game was less fun because of it. When a 4v4 is broken up into multiple seperate 1v1s everything becomes way more dragged out.

Where is highlanders rework
Highlander doesn't need a rework, he's pretty strong right now but not insane. He just a very skilled hero.

@@somethingwithat5787 Yeah, what a fun sentance. Try to do anything with him in dominion against skillfull enemy team. It's painfull, at the same time EVERY OTHER CHAR can achieve the same results without needing to sweat as much as hl demands, he has a lot of bugs devs doing nothing about, cause without them hl will suffer even more. It's not like you sweating at learning how to play on hl and then it somehow pays off. Nah, you sweating your balls off on hl just to be on the same lvl as mid orochi.
- Leg is useless, cause you can counter leg and leg to hand mixup by just doing dodge attack.
- Offennsive stance is not useble in teamfight at all.
- tryhards will not even allow hl to move in offensive stance.
- 70% of heroes nowadays has undodges what makes offensive stance even more retarded in teamfights.
So ye, char who can be good in the hands of 0.1% player base, who knows how to perform cancel stance bug just to deal with some one who can actually react half of the hl's moves - is a bad design of a character.

Bruh… do they even play the game? Some of the things they said make absolutely no sense and are completely backwards.
Ganks require no skill and even after the changes will require 0 skill. Spamming out attacks in a gank will always work because there’s nothing you can do to counter it. Revenge does nothing and is stupidly easy to negate (even without black prior) they could make the damage negation 99% and it wouldn’t change the state of ganks. Buff revenge and don’t nerf revenge gain… buff it by making it a hit by hit system that gives more revenge every time you get hit instead of a stupid 5 second tag system that is easily countered. Ganks wouldn’t need these changes if revenge actually worked
You're not supposed to be a one man army. Revenge isn't to make you win thr fight, and in most cases antiganking isn't at all. It's to stall. To make sure that even if you dont win the fight, your teammate, god willing they make it quick enough, can finish the job you started. Anti ganking is MEANT to be an uphill battle. Because in a 4v4 gamemode you should definitely be punished for running headfirst into a fight against 2, let alone 3 people. Of course getting jumped is difficult fight. And while its not fair to make it impossible, it should not be nearly as easy as a 1v1.
@@SlyFunkyMonkey no the point of revenge is to balance a fight out and make it more fair, I know this is the case because old revenge did exactly that before they nerfed it
@@bengieDMZ maybe that's *why* they nerfed it. They realized that if revenge makes a 1v4 as balanced as a 1v1 then it takes the strategy out of the game completely by allowing you to pick any fight you want with no vast consequence.

Im nowhere near the best player by any means with this game but I've put so many hours into this game, since release and I gotta say I have no issues taking on 4 peeps at once..... People just don't know how to be good and want to be catered to. Smh hopefully this rework aint for the worst. Guess I'll see.
