About campaign, it's fully playable, besides faction rosters we prepared a lot of stuff like unique technology trees, new buildings chains (also special buildings in specific locations), new resources, new skill tree for commanders, etc. Also already many factions have unique characters.
Of course it's still in development and some things are placeholder, others need a bit refresh and generaly we're improving things in every update, but at current stage campaign already allow to play a lot long and fun (I hope) campaigns ^^

Shogun 2 looks way better than Attila, so imo this mod looks better than Dawnless Days. Wonder how gameplay differs between the two mods tho

While it is true that some things do need to be updated here and there, it is still an incredibly solid mod! I've not really gone much into the multiplayer because I'd be horrible at it, but the campaign is very great. I would say it could totally work as its own thing instead of being a Shogun 2 mod :)

they should give the commanders of the dwarf units slightly bigger weapons (e.g. the warhammer is a bit bigger on the commander)
