Discovered it was a metal cable in the door panel. Worn thin and separated. Nightmare

My windows were not rolling up, it was stuck after I rolled it down. So, I held the button down instead of holding it up and it worked.

I have the same issue but only on passenger side door. Windows goes down but not up. I have to use the drivers side button to put it up.
