had this issue for 3 years straight with hero mouse. Comparability mode win 7 & run admin did the trick for me.

Running as admin did the trick!
Although in some cases these solutions might actually work, a far more logical reason is that people have downloaded some kind of Windows 10 / 11 privacy tool and disabled a bunch of app access points that this app needs in order to function. I haven't fully tested this, so can't say with 100% certainty, but it makes more sense than compatibility mode for an app developer for Windows 10 / 11.
hey mate, my g502 stopped working randomly today and i uninstalled, then reinstalled the app, now the mouse isnt showing up and it has this message and sadly none of these methods worked. any other ideas?
Hey, sorry to hear none of these worked. Have you seen my other video on fixing force feedback for the steering wheel? I know that might not be your specific issue but in that video I go over a method of completely removing all Ghub files from your PC & installing a different version which might help you. Damn, I called Logitech. Found out all I needed to do was plug in the USB Dongle that came with the Head phones!!!

Fuck, I just spent 9 hours reinstalling windows 11 because the previous day I absolutely had a day. That being said, today was almost just as bad. Except I just hit a brick wall when this popped up, so this is REALLY fucking funny to me rn. I’m high as af and mad af that I couldn’t figure this tout. This was a while back for me so I would not be surprised if this specific ‘fix’ or ‘workaround’ does its thing and disappoints me either, gow bless.

I found out why it prolly cause we have a Logitech M series which is below the G series. For example, I have a Logitech M650L and it doesn’t connect because it doesn’t support gaming apparently, so you’d probably should get a G series. I’m not sure just a guess.
@@chin4059 LMAO!! that's totally it! why does it need to be a thing. My Ghub isn't supporting the K845 keyboard. but my G600 mouse and old G910 keyboard worked fine.... I suppose I don't have a need for Ghub anymore as my mouse has onboard memory.

The method shown to update drivers rarely ever works properly. Most times Microsoft doesn't have the driver or has a really outdated one. Best is to just google the brand of your device, together with its model number and the word drivers. Like "Logitech MX Master 2S driverrs". This should give you a result of the logitech website itself where you can download the drivers.

None of these worked. I just got frustrated and deleted the Logitech GHUB file and opened GHUB again and it loaded my device. 🤷🏼♀️
Having issues (again) with detection of my G920 racingwheel usually after an update. So funny thing, since I always have issues after updating I uncheckedf the box for automatic updates and my device have been running with no issue. Now from one day to another GHUB over rides my choice and updates it anyway, go figure. And behold my wheel is now undetected. Windows USB is functional and the wheel is connected that way but some games having issues since GHUB has alzheimers. At one point when I had this issue I reinstalles an older version of GHUB which helped, however now it always updating automatically anyways before I can uncheck the box for auto updates. Removing internet conection just put installation on idle. I did all the other things in your video and Im running out of options here... best regards
I'm the exact same, my wheel shows 'Loading resources' and nothing works. I'm gonna sell it and get something different if this carries on.
