Did not work for me I am going insane so many hours of reddit solutions with terminal commands, restarting and reinstalling and nothing working :( It just randomly did this when after I came back from lunch. Checked a different logi device same issue.
so u just type in accessibility in the settings and 2 should show up one in the privacy and its that one. Ik this is late but I found it there even though this method didnt work for me
Ghub and Ghub agent were both already active in Accessibility, but still keyboard shows as inactive, so unfortunately this fix didn't help me. Using macOS Ventura.

I am getting "inactive" on my pro wireless mouse, but my G915 and Powerplay mousepad are not going inactive. This happens after exactly 5 minutes of no activity. I checked accessibility hoping that was the issue, but chub was already checked. I have a ticket in with Logitech but hoping I can figure this out. Using latest software and firmware on a M1 MBP running 12.4

Do you have any other idea what I could try? This is only one of many problems I have with this software and it sucks that, on top of that, the Logitech support isn't reliable at all! They always give the same answers even if you explain that you have tried that already. I have given up on asking them for help and am now relying on the community for help. At this point I have already fixed an issue with the installation program being stuck on 99 %, the software being stuck on the loading symbol and now there is that new problem you described here! I can't seem to find a solution. Could you help me with a tip?

Hey great video! However, Ghub software is still not recognizing my G920 racing wheel on my iMac. I tried connecting to macbook pro (via thunderbolt) and it doesn't work. I then connected to my iMac via USB port, and Ghub software is still not recognizing the wheel. Any tips???

You see my Mac is stuck on High Sierra and since I own both G502 lightspeed and a G915 full size, only one of them works which is the mouse. I tried rebooting my iMac, uninstalling and re-installing the G-Hub software multiple times, and also tried updating the software which after the update is installed, G-Hub will just stay stuck in the loading screen. Is there another method I could do to solve this?

it doesnt work now because they changed the settings layout and i cant seem to find the "control computer" thing with the checkboxes
try restarting your mac. it did work here even with last macos version. it didint work at first, but got fixed after restart.

Agrred. For MacOS Somono 14 I had to add Ghub to the Input Monitoring section of Privacy and Security to get ny G203 mouse be recognised.

my g604 doesnt work on monterey or ventura (bluetooth method). only big sur or below.... any tips???

try restarting the mac with your mouse/kb attached immediately open the ghub, i think it should work, mine did like this but stops after sometime ig.
