- At this BMW f10 was made an upgrading of the trunk lid with electric opening ,
The electrical wiring had to be built from scratch, because those who dismantled the cars and sold this kit, were unable to remove the complete wiring, and resorted the method to cut out the sockets

Hey Ovi! Ended up here, as I need to replace the wiring from my rear PDCs to the junction box (breakage somewhere...) - very helpful video! One question - do you know how to remove/open the big rear rubber grommet? BMW don't sell it, and I don't see another way but to cut it open :-( Multumesc!

Hi bro ? I have retroffited the power trunk for f10 like in your video. But my button on the lid does not have the light. Does yours have the light ? And does the trunk can be coded to flash the rear signal light when open or close the trunk ?

hi, I got mine retrofitted the same way but the electric shock of the donor bmw f10 is different than the one you have installed on your bmw, mine not opening up all the way up....what kind of electric shock did you buy?
Hello, I didn't buy the parts, the owner buy them from a scrap yard, but if your shock won't open all the way it is possible to be defective
@@MOvidiu hi, problem solved, the scarp parts guy suppled long electric shock which is of 7 series, now he gave the correct shocks for F10 and its opening fully.

That’s what I would like to know too. One is +, the other one is -, the third goes to the grey-yellow cable in the loom in the trunk lid, but the fourth is going to CAS. Were do I put it on CAS?
