Annas is beautiful and common name in Indonesia. It's from arabic word, meaning human , like one of the surah in Alquran.
Unfotunatelly the seblak and cuanki used in the video is the instant one, not the one sold by street vendor, but at least they can taste the food even though the taste can be a bit different.
Sorabi yang original paling enak itu isian oncom & rawit , cuanki artinya cari cuan jalan kaki, seblak original itu cuma kerupuk telur kol sekarang bisa puluhan isian topingnya 👍
Aku malah gasuka surabi manis, entah eknapa aneh aja gitu surabi manis. Dulu pertama kali makan surabi ya yg rasa asin, pake sambel oncom, dan rasa surabinya gurih gk hambar.
The original traditional sundanese surabi is actually a kind of rice mixed grated coconut pancake, it has special topping, called ONCOM and it is savory.
Oncom is made of tofu dregs. Only sundanese who like to makes and cooks oncom.
For surabi's topping we sauted it first with special seasonings.
Sundanese people usually like to eat surab oncom for breakfast.
surabi bandung gak ada yg pke kelapa klau dri solo mungkin pke kelapa. krn adonan surabi mirip spti adonan martabak manis, pukis atau pancong & balok

I'd like to add you some informations, Surabi could also be found in Central Java. Especially in Solo (Surakarta), they even called Serabi (using "e" instead of "u") and served both dried one and with coconut milk
best cuanki is from street seller, they use very hot broth, bottle sauce. instant cuanki is meh for me, as sundanese person. same with seblak, PRASMANAN seblak is better, instant for me probably 6.5 at best, when street cuanki and seblak is 9, u should try it
You might try the non instant of Seblak, Cuanki, it tastes better xD

Better have fresh cuanki than the instant one coz it's not same
alright, i'll give my comments
1. Surabi
It is actualy not condense milk, it should be Coconut milk.
but if you add condense milk, then it called sweet Surabi.
you have to try the original with an egg or maybe "oncom" (it has to be mixed with sambal rawit, but not really spicy) . Ofcourse with some flavour.
2. Cuanky
well, it is Cuanky, maybe be add some flavour such as fried onion, ketchup, or any flavours you like with salty taste. (i like it as my snack as well)
3. Seblak
Impressive, Seblak is the most favorite snacks for any . Even me ofcourse.
Alright overall, you can try different flavour, because sundanese snacks are mostly strong on the flavours.

Sundanese here, for surabi it needs to be more coconutty, i think the seller replacing it with the flour, so it doesnt taste original

Honestly why would anyone eat Chuanki when there is bakso Malang, it's basically coke diet version of Bakso Malang, less noodle more water.
