Honda's are built to last forever. They are built to be tough, less maintenance, rugged and reliable even at the worst riding condition. Honda cbr1000rr is STILL a great bike for most riders BUT Honda can really build a sick bike if they wanted to and blow the competition out of the water.
To Honda, it's not worth the investment to make a track bike because they know it won't sell even though it would be better than anything else. If they made the stock cbr1000rr better handling and added more power the sales would go down because of how less friendly it would be.
CycleCruza They just released theyre RC213V-S. 159hp in road form, 214hp with the racekit (for your info the 2015 S1000RR was tested at 212hp crank) for 140'000 Dollars. Honda doesnt do shit, even if they want it seems.
