Hi, I would like to change from my old 3 gang with the earth wire screwed on the metal casing to a smart switch. And old one has top three yellow and bottom 3 red wires, BUT the smart switch has L, L1, L2, L3, and L4 and N.... R u from fb DIY group as well?
Need help! apparently my electrician says that the two way water heater in my unit is suspected to be not rightly wired before I got my unit. What to do? we just changed to a new heater switch but there is no light? what could be a possible issue? anyway to identify the right wires and to fix it?
Filming angles not the best but explanation is very detailed, esp the parts on the smaller black wires that always goes to the load (out), as should in the old switch panel to be applied to the new switch panel.

for this particular switch, I dont think in or out direction is important. The only thing is make sure the LED is connect to the out ...Trust me...
It’s absolutely important. Don’t underestimate the little thing. It could have an adverse impact when connection becomes upside down.

Nothing will happen. In fact some switches dont even have this in out indication..
