    The Overhead Press is arguably one of the best exercises for building mass and strength in your delts! However, it's not uncommon for people to experience shoulder pain or discomfort during shoulder exercises. In this video, we'll show you how to combat that with low impact exercises using resistance bands and some combinations with free weights.
    We'll walk you through each variation using resistance bands and a few Clench Fitness accessories to make these exercises even better. We'll also show you some ways you utilize light free weights in combination with resistance bands to help get the most bang for you buck!

    The handles are a game changer especially for shoulder press and rdls

    To save my hands when not using band handles, I use a pair of work gloves. I recommend gloves that you use only for bands so work grit won't damage your bands. I prefer goatskin leather if you can find it because it's soft yet durable & is smooth so it won't damage your bands.

    Great timing, I just had to take a few extra rest days due to shoulder pain. Getting ready for my workout and saw this. I was bringing my hands almost down to my chest on those presses so that may have been contributing to my shoulder issues.

    As always Brandon, excellent video! I am very careful with the overhead shoulder workout. The Bands are all I use. I no longer use free weights. It's your videos that have made me able to do a COMPLETE workout from Legs to forearms. Rotator cuff exercise is also important too! Either way, KEEP ON ROCKING!
