Thanks gigantor ( Brandon) suggestion I mix in bands bodyweight leaning against a counter, even a floor mixing combos together will work u fine! Try going to a gym too you will be surprised how changing things up works bro!

Do you also work with traditional weights to reach the level of muscle mass you have? Or do you exclusively work with the bands? Just trying to determine what I need for my own home gym.
Weights, bands, machines. I use whatever tools I can to create hypertrophy, mostly because I love to experiment with all the options available.
