For the love of god thank you for making this video I felt like such a dumb ass I’ve never had to spool a double feed before and it was driving me crazy I also had 2 different ppl trying to tell me how to do it and they were both wrong! Thanks again we have a baby on the way and it’s just one less thing to stress about.
really helpful in every details, that is the best way to do tutorial compared with many other similar videos. Many thanks from Australia. even Australian bunnings offered a tutorial video for the brand tool I bought which is useless, hahaha...
Oops! I changed my mind. Your method will work but the lines hit the speed bump at the starting point of the wind and therefore did not wind so nicely. I found another You-tuber that splits the lines and starts them in the little notch in the hub of the spool. Much nicer wind.
I don't see how the string will extend as it's being used. Sure you can put the "string" on that way even though it seems weird, but how does the string extend? Makes no sense and not at all like the manual. I just watched another guy who showed it the manuals way and realised what my issue was and that was simply not knowing about the extension button for the "string" . In your version the extension button does not work at all. I have 2 weed trimmers and I put the "string" on easily both ways, yours and the manuals, and tomorrow we shall what works. I honestly don't see how yours can work and the spool would need to be removed to keep extending the line. As far as volume goes...I know how to turn mine down but people are picky eh?
I’m not such a Karen that I’m more worried about your volume than I am the information you’re giving me. I can hear you clearly. Thanks for that! Who cares if you’re shouting?!
Thanks. These newer types are tricky and tedious compared to the older ones.. And I would never have worked out how to do it by reading the Chinglish instructions!
Well, I never saw a spool strung from the two notches and always assumed you just pushed top and bottom lines into the holes close to the spindle center, pulling them in the direction shown by the arrow and winding each separately. Maybe that was my problem, causing tangles and jamming. I'll give this method a try.
Bro!!!!!!!! Stop yelling!!! Bro!!!!! Find another room!! So much echo and reverb it’s like gym making it extremely hard to listen to!! Wonderful useful info but delivery and harshness of the sound chases would be subscribers away early on!!! Very early on!!!! Sorry bro, trying to help not hurt!! I mean it!!

Hey brother, your sound is excellent, some people know how to adjust sound as needed! Thanks for this tutorial you made my day!
Thanks for the tutorial. Gonna try to do it tomorrow for my first grass cutting of the year.
Exactly the video I was looking for, thank you so much! 🙏

What keep the string from losing ALL the tension when feeding into eye holes of the trimmer?
That's always a nightmare for me 😮😮
RIGHT ON BRO ! WORKED PERFECTLY FIRST TIME !
I was wondering how the dual line spool needed to be wound. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much; was perfect!
If only it was that easy.
Thank you so much man
I didn’t know Jordan Peterson was so adept at DIY stuff too
Helpful. Thanks 👍🏼
thanks, worked 👍🏻
Thank you!!
Thanks!
nice. now i know what the side holes are for.. lol.
this is just wrong. you dont start from those side notches, you need to start in the middle, you will see if you try it.
yes middle notch
worked for me
I just notice this. It kept not working ony trimmer and too much going out. Then I thought about this.
Dude is in his doomsday bunker, them grass blades are after him he swears!!!
As soon as your video started and you went into that annoying greeting..... I clicked the thumb down and moved on!
Well, I just learned a whole lot.. and thanks for your happy greeting. ❤
Good for you ROFL
You lost out. This was a good video
The jokes on you. This video was one of the better ones.
You also took the time to comment. 😂 I really enjoyed the video, and I found it to be one of the simplest methods for restringing the trimmer.

I agree , maybe the way he talk but not mean anything good to learn

Those machines are a disaster. Why has no one invented an easy loading one. Madness
They have but they are generally commercial gas types it's push button bump head loading and takes 30 seconds these ones in the video are so stupid
spool wont pull out

Great video, but you moved to fast for me to see your actions. Thanks
Bro I’ve watched 30 videos and none make sense
Nice guy, but, he did it wrong. Right from the start.
I can't tell if you sound like kermit or miss piggy
Definitely Kermit in his 30s-40s

Stop SHOUTING and please use better lighting
Please calm down. I feel shouted at....your empty room is creating a mini echo. Watch it back. Who are you talking to???? Your deaf male friends?
omg, same .. my stress of being yelled at, has somewhat mitigated my stress of winding my trimmer spool 😂
Why are you yelling?
Yikes! "Inside Voice please"! I promise we can hear you!!!
OMG
Super annoying
Why are you going out of your way to be annoying?????? I am sure you have a tolarable voice, please find it.
What is that terrible voice had to turn you off immediately
Dude your voice come on Kermit shut up
Why are you so angry at me? I'm sorry
