Precision hits OR collecting orbs of power charges Cayde's Retribution, so they were damaging themselves and then healing each other with the speaker sight helmet, which was making orbs (idk what fragment or mod or whatever makes the orbs), so then they had golden gun snipers and could 1 shot body kill

The new Warlock Helmet turns your healing grenade into a healing turret. While healing yourself and allies it generates orbs of power.
