Hi Mike I'm from the UK and have been watching your videos for a few years. They are g-lighting us again. We have evolved to eat meat and fish and they are pulling us further and further away from our natural human diet. Expense is a driving force. Good quality olive oil and quality butter is far more expensive than 'spreads' in the shops. Beef and lamb are getting very expensive too and most people won't invest time in slow cooking the cheaper, tougher cuts of beef. Chicken is a popular food here in the UK, but you can see that the quality of the meat is not so good. We have been brainwashed into believing that beef, butter, eggs and bacon will kill us. Most people have not woke up yet and will continue to get sicker and sicker

It would be nice if our so called representatives actually took up the cause of seeing that Americans had non toxic foods to choose from that didn't force them to limit themselves to raw ingredients and doing the cooking themselves. Lots of documentaries on UA-cam reveal this trend. There is really no appropriate "government oversight" that is preventing this growing problem. I'm starting to realize that perhaps the only way to be sure to avoid toxins of the food industry is to farm/grow ones own food supply with purified water in toxin-free medium...

I intentionally observed and wanted to spot overweight ladies in Moscow, just to see whether we have them or not. But I couldn't find them. So, I was so glad for our country back then. But now in 2024, I would say that at least 30% of people in general are overweight, both males and females. Probably 80% of folks have at least an excess of visceral fat. What have changed just within 15 years in Russia? Refined sugar and refined wheat were ubiquitous for at least 50 years in Russia, but people were still in shape. What changed? Only refined vegie oils, were introduced to Russia recently, like 25 year ago. Imo, the refined vegie oils are the major culprit.

I heard about the seed oil issues a few years ago. I really didnt use a lot of it at home, but if you go out and eat fried foods you will get it. I heard that when the seed oils are cooked at high temperature, they release dangerous inflammatory compounds that can damage the body. I try not to eat much processed food either. Processing takes heat so its already rancid but they deodorize it to keep the smell down.

My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

Talk about the process of producing seed oils. I suspect it’s how these seeds are put through hi temperatures and probably passed thru other hi heat processes.
Seeds by themselves are not bad. This is an area you can research more on. What manufacturing processes are watering down the seed into an oil that’s toxic for consumption?

Do you know what hexanes are? Do you know that it is used to extract most of these seed oils? Did you know hexane is made from crude oils? This is what I suspect on seed oils: It poisonous and is in large part responsible for obesity and arterial sclerosis and therefore:heart attacks and mental illness. When humans tried to replace animal fat with these toxic oils the brain and nervous system suffers. We are now past the point salvation.

Once there she quickly became very fragile lady, obese and couldn’t live on her own because of physical weakness and pains. Her skin was breaking causing lots of pain and discomfort. She died after she fell and crashed her hips into millions of pieces the doctors said. Mentally she was alert and completely normal. Her daughter, my sil is diabetologist. Mike, have you looked into the research at all on the spectrum of effects glyphosate can have? I did a presentation at a lab science convention a few months ago just on how it is affecting the gut microbiome & also favoring antibiotic resistant pathogenic strains in humans & livestock. I was unsure how my topic would be received since I'm in a big farming state- but the people with the biggest agriculture ties actually seemed the most receptive!
The farm belts (aka "cancer belts") know there is something bad going on, and they know that powers that be largely don't give a crap and would rather sweep it under the rug. For example, my childhood friend, who grew up a farmer's daughter, developed some food intolerances/ibs herself, though she also has one younger sister who was diagnosed with T1D & Addison's at 15, and another who is 24 and completely emaciated from an unknown autoimmune disease- she can only walk short distances because she's even lost the fat pads on her feet. I later found out that "completely safe" glypho was the herbicide of choice (as is the case for most) her father would spray liberally.
Beyond my gut microbiome research, I found a series of review articles that go into detail into many mechanisms glyphosate interferes with that can trigger autoimmune conditions & more. Well worth the read if you're interested!

Never saw a doctor in Europe recommending seed oils to people with high ldl. It’s nuts if happening in the USA.
They recommend less fat. I think more and more that the problem is not necessarily what you eat but that you OVEREAT and that you don’t exercise enough. More vegetables and fruits will always be better than a thing you get out of a plastic container.

Funny you should say that because the veg oils in crackers and bread will oxidize much quicker than animal fats. Look at the expiration date on any of them.If you keep them past that date and give them a taste test you will find them rancid. This is the makers plan because most people will buy them during holidays and try to keep the left overs for the next holiday but they find them all bad a few months later. It happened to me numerous times before I went carnivore. It is the same reason that people get sunburns after eating these toxic oils. I have some of those Ritz Crackers in the freezer that I would store to keep them fresh. I should just throw them out but my wife still eats them and isn't keto or carnivore.Shes quite fat but seems to think she eats a balanced diet. The crackers will last for years in the freezer if vacuum packed but they will still mess your body up if you eat them.
