@@latetodagame1892 My guess is that while Zac could express what he wanted to say he couldn't fully understand what Carlos was saying, at least not right on the spot. As someone who knows just barely enough spanish to survive at work that "esta bien" or "is good" is a go-to response when talking about stuff

That Scandi Flipper seems to be a strong favourite, i would love to see some more folding kives from TOPS. Maybe a Friction folder with a tethered pin to put through the tang to make it batonable?

I've been watching Zak for while now he's said a few time he speaks Spanish. In my mind when people who say they speak spanish,, speak Spanish it's like "donde esta la biblioteca" & "escuchar la radio"

I don’t own a Tops knife specifically (which is a damn shame and something I need to rectify some day soon) but out of all the edc knife makers out there I find myself gravitating toward many of their knives and will quite often use them as a benchmark when looking at other comparable brands/models of knives as well. Certainly one of my favourite knife companies. That scandi flipper for instance is just gorgeous. Really has my interest. Might just have to make that my first Tops knife purchase. Love it. Thank you.

I use my knippers more than anything other than my knife. They end up being used atleast once daily pretty much. Only difference is mine are Irwin brand. Have had em for a few years now. They replaced my mini channel locks. Great video and thanks for the work you put into them. Also I want a job at Topps.

I used to carry on the daily the Tops Roughneck! I still have it but since slimmed down my edc blade! Today it’s the Emerson Elvia, Spyderco Ladybug in K390, Leatherman Charge Ti, RovyVon Aurora A5, Gondeck prybar, CountyComm Embassy pen in brass, Leatherman ratcheting bit extension, LynchNW AAP 2.5, and finally a Memento Mori brass worry coin by JL Lawson & Co.
Getting fancy with that TI Leatherman. Love it!

Hey Zack, as far as flashlights go, Olight is my favorite I have the warrior s with a 5000mah 21700. Comes with a magnetic charger so you don't have to take the battery out to charge it and it is a great light. Expensive but great. Fenix, streamlight and Nitecore are all great when it comes to flashlights. For cheaper yet still good lights, sofrin and thunite are good.

Tops CUT 4.0 is either on my belt or in my pocket - this hasn't changed for 5 years now. Great EDC fixed blade. Other than that a skeletool CX, thrunite Archer, cellphone, lighter, keys (with Victorinox rambler on keychain) and a pen.
Got my Microtech Combat Troodon D/E with custom cerakote, fisher space pen, Grip 6 wallet, carmex, Cold Steel Nation challenge coin, and that's it, trying to find a new secondary knife, the CT just does everything for me already.
UGh, now I really want that folding Scandi. It's been on my list for a while.
Jamie, you got me hooked on the Free P4. (I still love the Surge for heavy work, and it's what I take camping etc. but the P4 edges it out for EDC) It's so slick to operate one-handed, plus it has the fidget factor. I use the pliers, screwdrivers, scissors, and (surprisingly) the saw all the time. I'm currently also using its blade as my primary knife; I'm not super stoked with that but it's working.
I also carry an Olight Baton Pro, Fisher Bullet in brass, Knipex XS pliers, a little keychain peanut lighter, and an Esee Izula in 440C carried horizontal, cross-draw on my belt (this could be my primary knife, but I like to keep it clean and super sharp for food prep and "last ditch" scenarios).
Ready for anything with that carry! I think I need to start carrying a FREE myself. Jamie uses his all the time.
I just now realized I mislabeled my Leatherman. It’s a P2. Same same but different.
@@zacinthewild, mine hasn't left my pocket for about 6 months now. It has its flaws, for sure, but it is brilliant at what it emphasizes: ease of access to the tools. And I like the toolset on the P4. Since I started carrying it, I've found a need for every implement on it except the can opener.

You’ve gotta appreciate a good leatherman like a surge or charge as well top video as always 😅 You never realise how good a flashlight is in your pocket, am surprised no one else but you and the boss man has carried a lighter with them even none smokers I know have found them useful 😂
They were all really great! I was stoked to see so many multitools. I carry a lighter pretty regularly and as a non smoker use it probably 2-3 times a week in the winter😁

Good on you for knowing another language, brother. I learned a little bit of Portuguese from my pops. He immigrated to the US way back in the day, and he still speaks better Portuguese than he speaks English.

(Right Front): Grip6 wallet, green "Lucky Charm" zippo and Cold Steel Recon 1. (Rear right pocket): Mighty Hanks Mini 007 version. ( Misc): Casio Duro watch. Everything except the zippo in my carry is blackout in color or as close as I could get it.

A cool shop to visit, over the border from you up in UT would be Dawson Knives in Prescott Arizona. They have some great knives, many out of my budget, but the stars of the show would be the fricken swords. Not far from you, a nice road trip, probably a really cool video if you do some "sword stuff".

I need a TOPS Silent Hero 4 in my life...those look so good. Been rocking a S35VN Camp Creek for a few years... it's such an underrated and discontinued TOPS classic. Hey Zac. Do you know where one could get a knife they've designed made. I have an edc fixed I want to make.
Rad! Honestly you can just start presenting the design to manufacturers you’re interested in working with. Email, IG DM, and even a call could get you’re foot in the door but if you can make SHOT Show or Blade Show you’ll be able to speak face to face with the different companies. If you’re trying to make it for your self overseas is probably the best route considering how backed up USA is. Hope that helps👊
