Mustang II front suspension is the way to go on these early Fairlanes, you would have all the room you need for your hydro boost. I can’t see you having enough strength in the shock towers for struts. It doesn’t take much power for the front unit body to move around on a stock body. You will be watching the top of the fenders dancing in and out it will be so flexible.
I’m hoping with the 1/8 plate and shock tower braces it will be strong enough to handle the struts. I’ll watch for movement. If I have to. I’ll will add some round tube supports. I appreciate your input.
I have a sbf Motorsport B50 sportsman block 12.5:1 342ci. Victor jr heads, comp solid roller cam, Super victor efi, Holley efi. Tremec tkx. Aluminum exhaust. Future plans I’d like to put a ProCharger D1X on it.
You should have messaged me about getting the measurements from disk face to ball joint. Might have helped. I see you replaced the brake booster, is the old one for sale?

I have a measurement from the
Frame To rotor face. Just got a rotor. So will check it. Yes the old brake master is available.
