- Gawing nating bongga ang talong with this #Simpol MOUSSAKA recipe! May mala-lasagna na layers ng eggplant, beef, and cheese na talaga namang napaka-worth it! Subukan ang dish na 'to today! 😋
Ingredients:
10 pcs - Eggplant
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Oil for sauteing
1 pc - White onion
5 cloves - Garlic
½ kg - Ground beef
1 tsp - Dried oregano
1 tsp - Dried basil
2 tsp - Chili flakes
1 ½ cup - Tomato sauce
1 tbsp - Sugar
½ cup - Beef stock
Salt & pepper to taste
6tbsp - Flour
1 ½ cups - Milk
½ cup - Quickmelt cheese
Salt to taste
1 ½ cup - Mozzarella cheese
Garnish:
Fresh parsley

The traditional way of making moussaka is quite tedious. Its nice to see a simple spin off to one of my favorite Greek dishes.
