    I found you on Hannah's Potato Cleanse group too! New Subber 😄 it's great to see someone else doing this and seeing results too. I've been at it for 10 days and feel amazing and have lost weight and inches as well. I'm getting my husband interested in trying it out as well. he's jealous of my progress 😉

      +Tanya Love that's really great. Nice! I was just wondering if potatoes only was better for weightloss for men vs women but it looks like you're having success as well. I love potatoes and I was told to avoid them entirely and to eat meat for my body type which grossed me out. I used to eat boiled potatoes with hot sauce for dinner sometimes and I remember always losing a bit of weight from that when I weighed myself in the morning...then I get told no no your body can't handle carbs....so frustrating.

    My cheap "green" pan died today. Where did you get yours? Would you recommend yours? If so, how long have you had it? I've just gone down a rabbit hole of some very unhappy customer reviews on Amazon regarding granite or so called granite aka expensive Teflon being marketed as granite. I bought my last pan in person and it only lasted me 6 months. Any advice from a fellow spud lover would be super helpful! So glad you found HCH's group on fb.

    How much sweet potato flour do you think you used? Per gram of potato if you can estimate.

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  8 років тому

      I'm really not sure. I just go by how it looks and feels, so if it looks like there's a bit of flower on every bit of potato I can see once it's been mixed up then I'm happy. If I had to guess I'd say it was probably around 200 grams for 2kgs of spuds. I guess I should try to be more accurate so I can share recipes properly.

    • @sjr7822

    why no good oils, spud dude?

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  8 років тому +4

      +Chrissy Fifi because I don't think any oils are good. They are super high in calories and low in vitamins and minerals. Also potatoes have a small amount of fat in them already so I shouldn't need any.
