Ans 1: morning :copperpeptide+ niacinamide for marks,excess sebum and ageing reduction.
2.morning:vit c if suits + after 15 mins copperpeptide as both shouldn't cancel out eachother+ moisturizer+ sunscreen.
3.Night routine: upto 4 times a week retinol /tretanoid+ alpha arbutin arbutin+ kojic acid moisturizer by Dr sheath for melasma.
4.retinol ideally should be 0.4 to 0.6 .other 2 nights : niacinamide serum+ kojivit/kojicare+regular moisturizer.and 1 night exfoliation with glycolic acid+ Niacinamide serum+ moisturizer/ Niacinamide+ cream+ moisturizer.
5. If skin producing excessive oil then use a toner.
I just started again my Vitamin C. Had stopped it for a while. But realised my tiny brown spots are not going away with niacinimide/ peptides / glycolic/alpha/etc.

Answer to your question-No we cannot combine copper peptide and retinol.

M 40 already ... melasma was seen on my forehead 4 years back and since I am in dubai and a housewife and I don't go out in sun often .... melasma on forehead has reduced and I have less wrinkles seen around my eyes
I used retinol for 1and half year now and it's been a week I have switched to tretinion .... Copper peptide can be layered with either Niacinamide or Vit C but not with Retinol
Similarly If Retinol serum has bakuchoil like the minimalist one , then alpha arbutin which is water based comes first or still it goes after the Retinol ?

Thank you so much you can opt in for the Foxtel 0.15% encapsulated retinol that is a good option. You can also try using the Olay retinol cream, that doesn’t even have retinol. It has a mild form called retinol Esters. If your skin is not sensitive, you can option for the minimalist 0.3% retinol serum.
