Best habit is looking to find new ways to enhance my daily routine: from standing start four months ago I completely changed my diet and circuit train 5 days a week. Now adding yoga for flex and well-being, so am very happy I found this channel!
Best habit? Trying to do some exercise/yoga/dance every morning to start the day. Makes such a difference. Love all the workout, need more balance for sure

My favorite thing about these bodyweight exercises is how it makes me immune to exercise gear ads. New treadmill is 49.95$ a month plus subscription fee? Laughs in down dog.

My best habit is training with you! Even though some days I skip a flow, each time I get back and stretch it helps build momentum and energy for the days, weeks, and months to come. Anotha day, anotha pose!
Love the pigeon twist sooooo much! My best habit is exercising everyday...i might only get in a 15 min stretch or a 30 min walk but I always make sure I get something in. Thanks Sean!!
Oh no!! i don't remember getting any emails for a new challenge from you!! Going back and saving these right now!! (Saving the challenges of the fave people I follow and just picking from them each day what my body will allow me to do- just so I do a minimum 30 days- atleast thats my version of a challenge, lol. With chronic pain and multiple autoimmune diseases, its hard to plan ahead to hard and get disappointed in myself, so I left it open enough to be doable. So many blessings to you!!

My bet habit is following you, doing at least 1 of your videos every day. Doing so is the only time my mind lets go of the garbage and focuses on peace.
