Both are amazing cars but that RS6.. wow. Dope car, Ethan. Nice cargo box! I wonder how my Inno 660 will look on it 👀 My dream dad wagon as I’m sure it is to many. Great jobs guys, love the drone shots.
Cool, you guys are local in the PNW. I ended up going with a SQ7 and took delivery recently and it’s def a low key sleeper. One thing to note, these are effectively the same engines but the turbos are slightly larger on the RS6, it’s sharing that turbo with the Urus & RSQ8 where the SQ7 has slightly smaller turbos that’s shared with the Porsche Cayenne & Bentley Bentayga. Also, I’m curious if you dynoed the SQ7 before the stage 1 mod. I’m curious to see if Audi is sandbagging with that 500 hp number because the Bentley & Cayenne, with the exact same engine is showing 540 hp.
@@Vaguh I went back and looked at the forum and your correct, RS6 shares the same turbo part number with SQ8, SQ7 & RS7. It’s only the RSQ8 & Urus that share the same turbo part number. I’m assuming it’s larger on the RSQ8/Urus but I can’t confirm.
My mom has a SQ7 and I have an RS6. Idk what it is about the 6, but it drives exponentially better than the 7. It just feels like it’s on another level than the suv. The 7 is sleeper mode, and the 6 always draws a crowd.
@@CaptCap25 I mean it’s an RS6! Of course it’s on another level. When you tune the SQ7, it’s gets a little closer. Tune your mom’s SQ7, that’s the answer. 😀
This is a great comparison that I’ve been thinking about. Do you have 1/4 mile comparisons and 60-130 for each car? Would really appreciate to see that!
The wheels are 14 lbs lighter than stock. They’re the @034Motorsport ZTF01. I’ve got their 2 piece rotors coming as well, which should also help. Although, I haven’t run a 0-60 or 1/4 mile since I’ve put them on.
That sq7 is amazing I’m turning 19 been working my butt off finnaly saved up for a sq7 I had a question how do you think the reliblity on the sq7 with the tune on the stress on the engine and tranny
Time will tell, but we’ve got 40k miles with no issues so far. Keep in mind it’s the same engine and transmission as the RS6, so it can handle the power. Congrats on the hard work.
Just did a res delete on mine and am seriously thinning about this. Especially with the warranty factored in. I wonder how much stage one would make with the resonator delete at the wheels?
@@dimmacommunication yeah. It’s a different approach really. The Bentley and these mid trim cars are going for a smoother power band. The tune is a dramatic difference in power.
I wonder how much a replacement ecu is? I am thinking you could swap in a replacement oem stock ecu for warranty claims and avoid a TD1 hopefully on the SQ7.
What kind of warranty. It’s my understanding that I found to be tuned, Audi can void all warranty repairs, even ones unrelated to the engine. I’d really like to know the “fine print” of the tuners warranty. I have a 2024 SQ8 on order. I’d like a tune, but I’m also afraid of warranty issues
APR….Can you possibly put in a link to your exact full warranty, with terms, conditions, etc? I know someone from your company must be watching this guys video
I’ve got the same tune but on the RS6 and its ballistic! You just laugh when you floor it. That being said it’s way to fast to fully deploy on the public road so it’s kinda pointless 😂
How is the car holding up with the APR tune?? Seriously considering pulling the trigger on my SQ7 soon. Just want to be sure it hasn’t blown up any engines!!
Car is holding up great! The APR tune is phenomenal. I’m currently on the IE tune, helped them beta test. It’s awesome too. Makes more power and has a TCU tune plus you can flash from your laptop with a cable. Got faster time with APR, though. Likely a traction issue. I’ll do some comparison videos soon.
@@bennyb8809 No, Audi can detect any hard flashes even if you flash back to stock before service. Once you go tuned, you never go back unless it's a piggyback, lol.

Why do you run performance cars on farm fuel like 91 octane??? We have 95 as standard and optionial 98 or even 102 from any gas station? 🫠🫤🫤
We have 92 here. I can get Ethanol, but it’s 30 miles away. Currently the only place to get higher octane fuels is the tracks.
Also, I think your fuel is rated differently than ours here 91-93 is premium. EU 95 octane = US 91 octane and EU 98 octane = US 93 octane.
