If lorry was loaded, 28 m/sec should not be an issue.
The truckie doing 100 in that sort of weather should think ahead and realise he needs to slow down when visibility is shite for that exact reason. He could have killed them if he hit at that speed. Yes they skidded out and he was lucky to have missed.
Spot on, seems if they do one k under the speed limit, they lose their sh*t. Should have been in the left-hand lane traveling at a safer speed to suit the conditions after all they are the ones telling us all the time they can't stop on a dime.
True. Also the idiot in the ute wouldn't have aquaplaned around if he changed his tyres BEFORE they got that worn out. I see so many cars, utes and suv's with hardly any tread on their tyres, knowing the first bit of rain is going to send them into a ditch, tree or oncoming traffic. I realise tyres are expensive, but have you priced funerals lately?
That type of truck couldn't give fuk about anyone else. Worse than busses pulling out on motorbikes.

He wasn't lucky to have missed at all. He clearly saw what was happening and steered to avoid.

i use to let people out/in when i first started driving semis but it did not take but a few months in most of the cities i went to to learn they dont give truckers a break so why should i and i enjoyed all the yelling cussing and getting flipped off, you do learn their are some cities that are kind to truckers not

I think that would actually be preferable - could chalk it up to they got flustered and made that critical error - not that i'd excuse them. If its just the instructor on the other hand - thats just terrible in every capacity

Driving instructors need to be held accountable and go much tougher on learners. The process of getting a licence needs to be harder. Unfortunately. Its too soft now. No one cares about road rules at all.

How many of those roads were above 80kmph?
@stevecam724 why should they, most of the roads in this compilation are residential streets & in NSW keep left rule is for over 80kmh roads.
That rule also doesn't apply to roads with right turns, something you're not allowed to do from the left lane.
@@user-ri7hi2kx3seven though it's only legally required at high speeds, it's still courtesy to keep left unless overtaking regardless of the speed. It's a Dick move driving slow in the fast lane.

Why should the DC driver? It's the merging parties responsibility to ensure there is a safe gap and not just send it because they are in front.
3:43 You really do have to question the logic behind a stop sign if not one single car stops at it, because they simply don’t have due to the angle of the intersection, the uninterrupted view of the road and the speed of that approaching traffic. It looks as though every driver realises that a give way sign would have been a much better option for this intersection. It looks like the only person who doesn’t grasp that is the one who decided a stop sign was required.

In case the camera doesn't pick up the details correctly. Report them to the police. Not like the cops will do anything about it though
