I've got kamikaze pilots in my flight group that will launch in anything! Then they talk bad about me. All because they are new and want to get in the air.
Give them time it catches up with you . Seen to many friends get hurt or die over the years.
If you launch in easy conditions all the time you'll never improve your take off skills
