Dangerous Driver on A259 Marsh Road

Travelling westbound on A259 marsh road near Hooe a crazy driver decides to make a suicidal overtake manoeuvre on a bend in the face of oncoming traffic - squeezing in between a bollard & myself to avoid and oncoming vehicle. Is is really worth it to just get one car ahead , especially when I was going at least 50 mph myself.
