I remember my own experience driving to Cape Town and back in a Yaris. All in 18 hrs, without a driver's licence 😅 my dad had just ran the Two Oceans marathon and his legs were finished so I had to do the work. He took over from JHB to Pretoria. It felt like I needed to be taken in a wheelchair from the car to my bed when we arrived home 😂😂😂.
It's impressive that you drive 1000+ kilometers and slept in Hanover and still had a remaning 700+ kms to Cape Town. Resting is important not just for drivers but for the car as well. My wife and I live in the North West but when we from Eastern Cape. It's 1023 kilometers from NW to EC so when we go we usually sleep in Bloemfontein, then wake up next day finish the journey. It's the least we can do for a VW Polo 8-year old car. We try not to ask too much from it. We've never had car problems, the car has full service history but we see a lot of people on the N6, N1, N2 stuck.
Your return trip reminds me of my own CT to Soweto on the 23 January 2020 trip. I had just gone for buying my second e46 (with beloved M54 engine). Mainly needed to do it for psychological reasons, after incurring a near-fatal head injury (TBI) in a car accident. With the exception of hotel stays, and the expenses - of course, i truly enjoyed this lifetime experience. Alone! The plan since then is to drive down and back, again. Only this time with my kids. Hopefully, in a much newer BMW, soon. Thank you for another excellent content.
If you drive your BMW like a new driver then yes it is definitely reliable But if you drive it like a bmw/polo driver, you'll see engine lights in your dreams
Awesome swift long distance review. Opted for baleno manual brand new, 3days old now. I am happy with my choice...cheer peaceful driving at a price I can comfortably afford. Just struggling to set fuel reading on L/km reading and to check km on the clock. Thank you Muzi 🎉
On my swift i just pressed the left knob on the rev counter side while simultaneously twisting the right knob on the speedometer side to the right then it will change the setting. Make sure you're looking at the average fuel consumption display before doing all this. Hope it works the same on your Baleno🤘
To put the cost of fuel into perspective, in December 2020 i drove from Cape Town to JHB and back again in a 1.0TSi Polo. In total it cost around R2200. On the way up I refuelled in Three Sisters and Kimberley. On the way back i refuelled at Bloemfontein and Three Sisters. Average consumption was around 5l/100km for the whole trip. Driving the speed limit mostly
King, this 2 part series is beautiful and very relevant to me particularly because I'll be driving to Cape Town in June, what I'll be driving is a little bigger than the Swift and I know I will not get anywhere near that fuel efficiency. Beautiful content.
Love the way you take care of your babies 🚙 ... funny in reality the trip home always feel shorter... I enjoyed your vlogs ✌ ❤... I bet 60% of your people in Nelspruit will never see Capetown but vice verse!... which make you so blessed, Take care ❤
Got myselft suzuki baleno last year because of this guy and i dont regret it am very much happy with mu choice...thumbs up bro, keep doing the good work
Hai Muzi, you fell for the wiper blade trick that you told us not to fall for. R500+ for wiper blades when you can get a per of high quality Bocsh wiper blades for R100.
awutshele umngani wakho u Cirro ukuthi i want my life back! the E39 is a dream car and and then une E60 as well.. I can relate with one. If you are in Cape town to avoid traffic and truckleave try at midnight or in the early hours of the morning and your breakfast at Beaufort West
Lol that’s what editing is all about my brother.. We don’t want artwork or beaches, we wanna know how much shxt costs 😂 props for including the random clips though 😂
Thank you, at least someone is on my side. aii lenna food at the hotel or fast food in general and restaurant they are unreal for me. Anyway, your trip to cape town reminds that I still have to go back. I have some unfinished business there. And I want to drive to cape town with my Tcross. I was told not to do it but then I need my own experience.
They should be paying you at Suzuki, you marketed them a lot, it is even easier to tell anyone about the reliability of Suzuki. You made them a huge favour. "SUZUKI PAY MUZI!!!"
And when you respond to this, respond knowing that "soon" you will need to drive that Suzuki to Limpopo for my house warming party. You and mama snowy gotta pull thru bra. Will send ya the official invitation as time goes on buddy
Yeah hotel life inobuCreepy nyana I prefer self catering as they give that home vibe. Thank you for sharing your journey from Nelspruit to Cape Town and back 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Nice to see that your half rest choice was my Home town Bloemfontein and if I knew I could've offered you and makasnowy accomodation and my house just you help safe that 1.7 for petrol. @MuziSambo on holidays, that's when we watch UA-cam often

This review is the best i thought even I'm at cape Town also
We should fine him indeed. What a long wait. But all worth it in the end.
That "cape town is far" comes from deep down, it needs psychological evaluation 😂😂
True😅😭
You will never go wrong with Suzuki. Am falling in love with Suzuki swift ❤
Ciro's a coolest car reviewer in SA bra...no lie.... ngumjita loya...!! fun trip it was brother
This whole trip(±R1700km) was a FREE reliability & durability AD for Suzuki, they must ask for your invoice

Suzuki swift is really a strong & reliable vehicle and I now consider it🥰
"Me I just have a flee of Suzuki's"😂😂😂..that was very hilarious...love this channel..talk about educational humour💙

Fleet of suzukis😂😂, Muzi you got me with that one.

Nice and clean content my brother 👌🏾
Mina I am here for your commentary. very entertaining but packed with great information at the same time. Great Video bro!!!
Suzuki swift is the best, travelled from polokwane to rustenburg and then Lesotho and back to polokwane, what a machine
That was affordable, makes me wanna make my own road trip to the Cape. Now i hope we are going back to the BMW deal, looking forward to that episode
2 days is enough for me at a hotel. Nothing beats being in your own space
I honestly thought there was something wrong with me.
Muzi sambo your videos are reality shows. Every time I do quotes with car insurance they're quite high from R3000 to R3400 😢
What car are you driving?
"....Your dream car is a Picanto" umenzani umama ka Snowy😂😂😂
She's an enemy of progress that one😂😆
For my perspective ciro's bmw will last coz it is a manual 👏.. .. .. Maintaining an automatic car is expensive compared to a manual
Everytime I pass we buy cars nelspruit I think of your videos
Maka Snowy watching this video making sure you posting her clips too 😂
