This was fantastic to watch. Firstly as Capetonians who travel to EC in December, we are used to the long distance hours. I drive -+13/14hrs from Cpt to Qumbu (home). You get the Beaufort West and you still have a looong way to go! I did the Jhb-Cpt twice last year alone, out of necessity and without the overnight rest. It was strenous but i absolutely loved it at the same time. The N1 is therapeutic and it makes you see how vast how our country is. Id do it again but in a road trip typa vibe with a second driver and sleepover in somewhere in the Northern Cape cities like you guys did. 🎉

CPT by road is not for the faint hearted, also did it last year in a Suzuki Vitara Brezza, it was worth it albeit tiring.
You are very special ngendelelo! Aamzing content bro, loved every minute of it.
I've been working in CT since 2018 and i've never been on a Plane. Driving for me is Sports. i can do it for free of charge. I do CT to PLK every 4 Months and it's always fun. on my 1st Trip i slept at Colesburg but now i drive through the day with resting in between. I'm Planning to do CT Durban Via N2 Next year jan.

@@lukhanyofani7802 Hehehehehe i heard the road are not nice, now i'm doubting.
The Problem is those EC towns, it really drags cos there are basically no highways, you drive through the actual towns. But Its breath taking as soon as you get to the Transkei area and into KZN@@tumim8271 . Just because of how beautiful it is there id encourage you to do the drive.
12:00 then people think road trips are just for fun. They should be planned and be prepared and ohk with spending the night along the way
Atleast suzuki Muzi. Mina i drove Limpopo to cape town with old UNO FIRE while i was still a student. That was a risky test but i made it after 20 hours of travel. I met up with windy rain and my wiper got fkd but i had plan B. Remember UNO got only 1 wiper. My second trip PTA to CPT i was driving F20 and loved it. Enjoy and be safe😅
i stay in cape town and I'm from barkley west in the northern cape,i tell you what i also like the road trips👌
Give me road trip any time
That no cruise control statement made my heart bleed. MP to CPT foot to the padel.
You are brave Muzi, keep it up.🥳🥳🥳
These videos are better than anything on Netflix, someone please tell me why 😊
Drove down there in September and it is indeed far, very far. Lucky for us we had multiple stops from Jozi - Bloemfontein - East London - Port Elizabeth - George - Cape Town - Beaufort West - Kimberly then back to Jozi
Enjoyed watching this! The commentary 😂….
Driving from Gauteng to CPT in a Swift soon, and this video has been so helpful. Thank you! 😊
Beautiful drive. Used to drive that road from Emalahleni to East London and Emalahleni to PE. Always had one stop at Bloemfontein with my Corolla Sprinter 1.4 or Corolla 160GLE. Always enjoyed it
The quality of your video and editing is amazing.
