Since joining the Spot team in 2011, Blair McCall has done and seen it all. From humble beginnings as a customer service representative to leading our Chicago office as its Director of Operations, Blair has taken our mantra of "doing the little things right" and applied it to every aspect of his career.
His approach to leading is to make sure everyone feels like they are a part of the company, much like when he started in an office of just 13 other logistics professionals over a decade ago.
