@@pennyturner8293 even "western" workshops are not the best, wasn't that long ago (and still now in some cases) apprentices were buffing asbestos gaskets and lead and carbon on valves......also sand/beadblasting etc all without masks.
@@tidakadaide I remember those days on the farms, in the military, and shops where I worked. Everyone did, safety glasses sure were nice.

А чего стыдится он спалил все нахер.
Железо якоря состоит из пластин спец покрытых лаком чтобы каждая была изолированна от другой. Во время нагрева он все спалил и железо якоря теперь работает не так как нужно. И кпд и долговечность такого устройства намного ниже.
Еще и медь потом отжег т.е. изменил свойства металла.
Балансировку не делали.
Это так себе ремонт.
У нас полно цехов, где это перематывают нормально! С приспособами и технологией! И последующей балансировкой и т.д.
Да, славяне слегка обленились начиная с 90ых.
@@XenonS21 То что нормы не соблюдены, это верно. Но, для местной фауны, это в полне достойно. По поводу меди. Медь имеет номинальную устойчивость к температурным воздействиям. То есть, нагрев не меняет его состояние. Медь применяется как правило в качестве теплоустойчевого проводника в электроннике, где порой температура достигает отметки выше установленных норм. А вот то что не было сделано изоляции поверхности меди, это уже плохо. При первом же попадании влаги, устройство вернётся в мастерскую незамедлительно. Так что, ребята не останутся без работы 🤫
Не показали финальную обработку. А дальше припайка обмоток. Балансировка и пропитка щеллаком или эпоксидкой.
