- Have you recently adopted a Mapleshade? These feisty little cats can be tricky to care for. Here is some advice to help getting your Mapleshade settled into her new home!

What a delightful tutorial! I took my Mapleshade for a swim with me and we're both doing great. I'm glad you added the disclaimer about her offspring so I was prepared to explain that they had been swept away due to her negligence and it had nothing to do with me sending her into the water. She's taking it really well. She even watches me while I sleep now to make sure no one can hurt me at night.❤

My Mapleshade used to walk around the house screaming in perfect English,” I’LL GET YOU, I’LL GET YOU ALL, FILTHY CREATURES!” While carrying a kitchen knife, but she does that way less often now! Also, she used to try to *poke* me with the sharpest knife she had, silly cat. She only does this six times a week now! I’m so proud of her.❤

Tysm!!! My Mapleshade has definitely been a lot more well behaved than before! She watches me from a distance to keep me safe, but now she also carries one of the kitchen knives in her mouth, too! I'm glad for the extra layer of protection that she wants to give me :3

I love this guide! After the stove incident with Yellowfang I was blue and needed a friend, I was walking by a river when I found s stray Mapleshade in the grass. I took her home, followed this guide, and now she watches me sleep at night! :D

Thank you for this tutorial! My Mapleshade was acting up a bit at first, getting up at night and trying to "enter the dark forest", whatever that means, but I fed her and took her for a swim and she seems normal now! Very helpful guide, Mapleshade/10

My Mapleshade seems to love it! I constantly -attempt to drown her- take her out for swims to get good exercise! She even sharpens her claws on my favorite stuff! She must be planning to play with the other cats, like Appledusk or Frecklewish! She also loves the -crow-food- five star meals i give her.

After the incident with Firestar, where he tried to bite me, I was so sure I was going to send him off to Starclan. But I saw this video, and brought Mapleshade home. She loves torturing Firestar, by thinking he is Appledusk and Frecklewish. Otherwise, She is a lovely cat, but she has been watching me sleep at night. Thank u once again for posting this informative video about how to take care of ur mapleshade. It really helped :3

Maybe don’t put her near candles..feed her good diet(berries :D holly leafs LOVE berries)not put near water (yk)

Thank you so much for the tutorial ! Now my Mapleshade runs around the house screaming at my cat George! She has gone and played house with him! She is always the butcher, running around with a knife. I took her swimming and she screamed in ter- excitement! She loves my maple syrup leaves I prepared for her. She even watches me while I sleep with wide open eyes.

Thank you for the amazing tutorial! Since I bought a BristleFrost before seeing this, maybe I'll use them on her! And I will make sure to teach her how to swim in a pool, thats in a forest at nighttime to make it dark I will teach her to swim in dark and light water so she doesn't drown 👍

You have made a reckless decision for your Mapleshade. She does not eat maple sy rup, but infact a normal Mapleshade's diet is made from the mangled and bloody body parts of her victims *drizzled* in maple syrup! Glad to clear up the misunderstanding for you.

Please make a Jayfeather tutorial! I adopted one a few years ago and while it was a learning curve to figure out his ideal care routine, the bond I have with my Jayfeather was well worth it!
