My response end of last year was the toxic faces. Went up and down with the hills and valleys for two months. Today she completely blew up in emotions (not an argument, she just finally admitted how mad she was with me), I saw this as a huge positive due to my changes of how I view the world after she has been stonewalling me for two months.
I will tell people now, this path is a difficult one. YOU will struggle. You will feel like it is failing. You will see glimpses of hope just to have it get worse before it gets better each and every time. You will regress to a victim mindset in private and you NEED to get out of that shit and stay strong on the path. Stay consistent and strong.
Geoffrey, thank you so much for your videos. You have given me so so much strength all the time. I am currently having a rough time with my fiancee but despite my best and close friends speaking their mind (married), they would never understand with my fiancee and I went through... it is a test of time, commitment and patience to one another..through your videos, I have learnt to be more patient, more understanding..and really, I cant thank you enough for that..Geoffrey, thank you so much for sharing all of these insights and videos..
Damn this hit deep. I remember getting angry because she was talking about having an affair in front of our kids. I set a reactive boundary and missed this opportunity.
