One thing I like about Geoffrey, is that he teaches the basics, like being untethered, the internal shifts, creating safety, but every video is so different. It's not like "dude I've heard this before", he drives it home in every video in different ways.
That's how you learn. You start to put the pieces together the more you hear it
I just had my 2nd call with Jason.. I find it wild that I was not the only person who “couldn’t stop it” makes me feel like..duh… I recreated an entirely second relationship just to speed run the last one … lol I became more victim the more honest she became. I just don’t know how my mind could just go there on autopilot. I truly changed for a second there and fell back. So there’s clearly something so deep within the program that allows me to “ do something” to practice.. understanding what dribbling a ball is IS NOT THE SAME as being good at dribbling a ball. It’s like watching a Jackie Chan movie and assuming you can do all the moves because you watched Jackie do it. 😂I admit. I don’t know what to do to create safety. I need some hands on concepts and homework. I’m literally BARELY going to be able to afford this if it all. I’m gna sell cans and plastic cups if I have to😂 I refuse to stay on this level. Real talk
How much is cost of the program?
It's the same case for me , I thaught I could do all this through just watching, but the how is what you don't know by this practise . I also don't have a penny to invest in the course , I wish if I had I would'nt have thought a second time about joining .
Geoffrey I did it. I got her to admit a huge, huge previously unspoken source of resentment and spite towards me, about 3 weeks now into our separation. Every video, every interview you post, is like looking into a mirror. I created such a ridiculously huge increase in emotional safety!!! You're probably thinking it's childs play and it is and she was super cold and awful about it but she actually opened up I can't believe it I'm in tears
What an incoherent mess of a comment im just emotional. I can't wait to grow for myself and continue to be there for her not as a husband but as a better man that maybe one day she can rely on again.

My wife has told me everything ive fixed most but im still pushing and wanting sex she doesnt feel a connection with me still , she wants me to mive out so she can heal she needs space i camt justt let go and untether amd stop punching shit when she shoots me down
Im still pushing for sex and get shit down. She finally admitted that part of her resentment towards me was because of how I would go about getting sex from her. Now it feels like im never going to get it from her. Still working on myself, but it sucks that sex is constantly on my mind.
