@@aallpp55 just dont saute the onions with the shrimp shells. i used frozen shrimp with no shells so the broth itself wasnt prawny.

Watching other recipes on extracting favor from shrimp shells, they do pan fried it WITHOUT WATER for much, much longer time before adding water.

Yeah you can use the shrimp heads. Never toss the shrimp heads, i use both the head and the shell to make delicious broth.
