I think this conversation requires a lot more nuance and it seems like chael is misconstruing the information. It takes a deep dive into these people's word to truly understand what the message is. It seems like this video was just made for the algorithm... I'd like to see a podcast with chael and some of the influencers he's mentioned. It's the fadogia agrestis and tonkat ali that raises testosterone 4x and that's only for hyper responders and huberman has said this himself. The cold shower is for dopamine. Seriously. Actually research what you say before you say it people. And to make an ad hominem about his size is really unprofessional. I like chaels fighting career but this video was annoying.

CHAEL!!!! I can't believe you are saying this. It is EXACTLY how I feel about him. He says absolutely nothing, and it leaves me feeling annoyed. You yourself can say absolutely nothing and leave me feeling like a million bucks and excited about a fight that will probably never happen. Big difference.
Someone link me the video where he said “you can increase your testosterone by 4x by taking cold showers” I’ve watched most of his videos on testosterone and he said you can raise your levels by implementing certain life style changes which is backed by actual research, he never said you can raise it by 4x

Chael is the most honest person about steroids and ped use. He is 100% right, I’ve gone to the gym and trained for 10+ years and he is spot on.
A beef within the podcast world is exactly what Uncle Chael needed. I was getting pretty sick of all the "Colby deserves a title fight even though he's 2-2 in his last 4 but still going to complain that Gane was 1-1 in his last 2" videos.
