I'm hoping somebody can help me with my situation because I can't find it anywhere. For some reason when I send an email out all through Microsoft exchange it also sends out a the duplicate email through my mail. When somebody responds I get two emails one through my mail and went to the Microsoft exchange. But there's only one email being sent out all together it's really difficult to explain

I did that exact thing and my Outlook 2016 is STILL saving 2 copies in the Sent folder

Mine was already marked as "don't save copies in sent folder", so I unmarked it. Saved it. then went back and rechecked it. Works now!
