    Cool content. Is this a part two to the work out video with the same host from a wk ago, or a revision?
    As a middle aged dude getting back into boarding, Im hoping these will help avoid injury. Thanks

      Hey man, this is the same host. We made a 12 minute 18 minute and 24 minute workout. The 24 minute will be coming out next week! All are different workouts, but they share some of the same exercises:)
