Glad I'm not the only one who hates Arclights. They just never seem to work for me. I think it's maybe because fire badgers are so good that everything else feels like garbage for chaff clear. I typically skip arclights and go into something a bit more high quality for chaff clear. Vulcan(which can then also deal with big units using % damage) is a good take mid game. People seem to love tanks so scorps end up being quite good. Not a chaff unit, but they can help blow up a few crawlers. Wraith is what I take instead if I need chaff clear before Vulcan is economically viable. Love the vids man, keep it up!
@@TheManyVoicesVA arclights are trash but they open up other units for play. 4 to 8 arclights then go giants is easy peasy. Arclights go range against stangs, then have scorpions or sabers to kill the tanky units. Easy
Thank you ! I was able to reach 1000MMR (still going up) from 450, cusa you explained chaff / carry difference and round 4 importance + your website also helps. You're the best rat out of all hamsters ! (I call every animal a hamster, especially rodents).
I think the opponent lost when he started spamming missiles every turn. It's too desperate and makes him lose units/upgrades in favour of temporary power that needs to be replaced every turn.
Shielded fangs are also really good vs the worm. I usually go carry wasps with the worm build. He also seemed to not know what to do next when you stopped going mustang and went to the air. If I was him I have pivoted to factory when you went heavy air

Yeah, spending half your eco every round on call-ins instead of units is usually a low elo move. Probably got blinded by seeing him at low health so wanted to just do the cheese knock out.
Why didn't you pick the 3! sabertooth for 100 with a normal price of 1800? You can sell 1 sabertooth and buy a rhino. This was painful to watch, seriously painful.

@@greuju I have yet to see them do much in any game. I havent faced carry arclights yet tho.
i feel the opposite, range, armor, flexibility with tech, Emp, all make arcs work so much better on my boards.

His strategy is good but he's supposed to get AA wasps as part of this comp because an air army counters it pretty hard as you can see.

the enemy positioned it incorrectly, it didnt hit them before the second boat started moving forward

if i would have to estimate, the level 3 rhino was about 4x better pick. Picking sabertooth there is a game losing mistake
