I know it's because the character skill sets are leagues different, but there's something special about seeing a god go "hell yeah I can Haxdash watch this" and completely fail for nearly two minutes.

what if the rules for anti stalling is if 15 seconds go without someone being hit 3 times the player initiating maneuvers that stall gameplay more is disqualified
the more likely reason you don't see moves clank with rest is that moves need to do within 9% damage of each other for them to clank, and rest deals way more damage than most moves
