Praying for your strength! It’s going to be harder if you keep speaking with him daily. You may need to have to set a certain time of the week for him to call and keep it on the kids. Treat you hair with an oil conditioner 2 or 3 times a week. The iron is making your hair dryer. There's a spray you can use that shields your hair from hot iron damage. Spray it on each section of hair you're about to curl, let it dry ( literally a couple seconds) before using iron.

For your hair.. do some treatments and don't flat iron your hair. It dries it out and you lose your curls. Get a cut and use natural products and scrunch your hair. It'll take a while for your curls to come back naturally but def. Dont flat iron. Do some rollers and blowdry if you want straight hair. Coconut oil is good for your hair.
I usually blowdry my hair straight first not too perfect. Then, curl it with a wand. I don't put oil or spray cause it weighs down my curls. Just add a heat protectant prior to curling or blowdrying.
You and the children need to be safe first and foremost. You're crying because you are grieving a loss. Stop pushing yourself to be done. God controls the world all the way down the breaths we take. You are on a journey to the next step in your life. As far as your hair, stop using heat on your hair. Mayo is good for your hair. Wash your hair with a good moisturizing shampoo towel dry. Add mayo to your ends and as far up as your hair is dry. Put on a plastic cap wrap your head in a towel and do not rinse it out until morning. Once a week do this. Stress and hormones are doing this. Hey girl! Ok for the curls and your dry hair it starts with good products. Don’t use drugstore products cuz they have lots of alcohol and waxes in them. Kerastase has amazing products for your hair. Praying for your strength! It’s going to be harder if you keep speaking with him daily. You may need to have to set a certain time of the week for him to call and keep it on the kids. I had to do that when I separated from my husband. You have to have boundaries or you won’t ever start to heal and move on. It takes time to heal from a marriage when you still love this person. Treat you hair with an oil conditioner 2 or 3 times a week. The iron is making your hair dryer. There's a spray you can use that shields your hair from hot iron damage. Spray it on each section of hair you're about to curl, let it dry ( literally a couple seconds) before using iron.
I know it's a horrible feeling I'm so sorry you are going through this but. That just makes you stronger you did what you had to for your children you are a great person look to God for comfort you have a beautiful family and you are doing great lots of love send your way mama and it's ok to cry it cleanses the soul💗

For your hair.. do some treatments and don't flat iron your hair. It dries it out and you lose your curls. Get a cut and use natural products and scrunch your hair. It'll take a while for your curls to come back naturally but def. Dont flat iron. Do some rollers and blowdry if you want straight hair. Coconut oil is good for your hair.
I usually blowdry my hair straight first not too perfect. Then, curl it with a wand. I don't put oil or spray cause it weighs down my curls. Just add a heat protectant prior to curling or blowdrying.
You and the children need to be safe first and foremost. You're crying because you are grieving a loss. Stop pushing yourself to be done. God controls the world all the way down the breaths we take. You are on a journey to the next step in your life.
As far as your hair, stop using heat on your hair. Mayo is good for your hair. Wash your hair with a good moisturizing shampoo towel dry. Add mayo to your ends and as far up as your hair is dry. Put on a plastic cap wrap your head in a towel and do not rinse it out until morning. Once a week do this. Stress and hormones are doing this. God Bless you and the babies.
