Try it out tonight and it was awsome. Every body liked it. Made this with half lamb and veal and was so tasty. Way faster than cooking the bun seperatly. Thank for all the good receipe and keep having fun
I wanna play with a few ideas on this. Corn tortilla, maybe add some cumin and coriander seed to the beef mixture and chuck on some sour cream as well...gonna play with idea

Been watching for a while, and I think I'm finally at the point of - "Cook on a grill people can afford and actually use, or don't grill" Give us a year with a Weber Charcoal Grill as the ONLY cooking surface, yeah? Nobody is rushing out to buy these "expensive as $#!T" grills because they are absolutely unnecessary for making good food. Focus on the food, and we can relate.
Anyone of my generation who grew up in America has had the components of a Big Mac permanently seared into their brain by the advertising industry. They are two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.
