- I converted my garage into a bedroom/bath. This is a short video that explains the process. This is Part I of two videos. Stay tuned for Part II where I will show you the final product and total price from start to finish.

What program u use to draw that plan? I was thinking of using sketch up but it’s too complicated
Could have used a macerator pump, saves digging up all the concrete.

How did your water taste after the cement dust additives and being engulfed in smoke? Y'otta keep the cap on when doing heavy duty construction! I loved your video and your honesty. Haha you prayed and prayed and prayed and admitted it. That's how I get through my projects. Just like Nehemiah. Prayed all the way through the build.

I see this video is over a year old, any problems? I've seen sharkbite fittings leak because of hammer, and It made me nervous to see my contractor use them.
Sharkbites and pex are becoming industry standard as folks transition from copper to pex (more flexible, easier to install)

First question- what do you do with all the crap you store in the garage?
good question... I had a car port, a shed, and a spare bedroom. Where a lot of the things went. Otherwise, most of the junk in the garage went into the trash bin.
How long it take to get the city permit and what kind permit is thanks in advance.
permit was for a detach garage and it took two weeks for them to approve, plus i had to make changes. I had to move the garage 20 feet from my septic tank/drain field. Electrical permit was separate, and i did it online and it was automatically given to me.
