    Made this morning for Sunday brunch for my wife. She loved it so now I’m stuck doing it again. LOL. Did not have side bacon so I used back bacon, (as Americans put it, Canadian bacon) and I substituted paprika for the chipotle. I’ve referred a number of Facebook friends to your channel specifically for your cast-iron bun recipe. Keep the F sharps coming, love them! Cheers from Winnipeg

    SAM in case you don't know and maybe interested, there is a set of high heat silicone one piece spatulas which are really nice and avoid potential mold issues by a company name Dioro. I bought and use them regularly because I discovered two piece ones like what you are using can harbor mold despite washing inside the cavity that the handle inserts into. Mold starts growing in them when the glue gives way over time and starts getting food grossness in the glue area. The one piece ones from Dioro, you don't have to worry about that.

    One of the best, most informative food channels ever; however, your videos are far too long--outrageously so. The editorials about what spatula not to use etc are superfluous. As well, having a bite and telling us it tastes great is standard, making us watch an extended piece, most certainly, is not. After seven to ten minutes you lose the viewer. Outside of that, you're terrific.

      No Erik - the contest was a SCAM - there was never 2000 bottles or even close to that number to be given away. They just took all of our data after we submitted it to them and then tried to sell us product with a Buy One Get One offer. What a despicable act by STCG and that oil company.

    Sam, I'm disappointed in you. I have been one of your biggest fans since day one, have your three books on my kitchen counter and use your recipes all the time. Well, I feel like your Chosen avocado oil giveaway was a scam. I watched your video that day seconds after it came out and registered with Chosen Foods and I received notice yesterday that I didn't win, but for 24 hours they would honor a buy one, get one free coupon. Really Sam? We're there any actual winners, or did everyone get the one-day-only coupon?

    • @shamelesscoffee
      @shamelesscoffee 5 років тому +1

      99% of giveaways are fake or staged. Did he take your money? No? Then it wasn't a scam, and things that sound too good to be true, are not real.

      Complete scam! Been saying this for days! There never was 2000 bottles. Maybe 100 max. Just a way to sell crappy avocado oil from a local San Diego company who Sam took money from. STGC should be embarrassed for such a despicable act and ADMIT that there was never any large qty of bottles given away.
