@SAM THE COOKING GUY Made this today! Best hot dog I have ever had. You sir are a genius! Putting slits in the hot-dog with a combination of simmering and grilling them was phenomenal. You've honestly changed my life, Sam. I used to work as a sous chef and then head chef at what was considered to be the second most upscale restaurant in my city. I had ran the back of the house for a seafood market and restaurant before that. I know my way around food, and even when I stopped working at restaurants I still cook all the time at home for friends and family because I love it. But, do you know what I've never known about in all that time before watching your videos? A freaking garlic press. I always either smashed or shaved/diced my garlic with my knife, which is probably why I used to just keep a jar of pre-minced garlic in my fridge at home. Because garlic, as amazing as it is, is also a pain in the ass. I now own a zyliss garlic press, and I feel like it has changed my life. So, I wanted you to know that you've given me more than just hours of enjoyment watching your videos. You've given me the gift of a freaking garlic press. And, that is awesome.
