This video goes over one of my favourite books (Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell) I've read this year about success and the factors that are in favour of success. It goes over many stories such as Bill Gates, Chris Langan, Robert Oppenheimer as well as some studies from airplane flying and psychology. I tried to pick out a few useful points from this book.

Man, this video is absolutely an eye-opening, and I say this reflecting on my own experiences as a guy born on the 28th of October, and how I was always looked at as the young and small kid in the room. Never knew why that was the case until now! But what I love even more about this video is the last section where you mentioned self-awareness, and I've recently been trying to identify what I'm better at, and where my strengths are so I can hone in and progress more! Thank you for this video man! 🙏

Why your content is helpful is due to the fact that you don't preach bunch of hollow motivational tactics but you stick to your work and try to explain it through that which is authentic and doesn't feel like someone trying to sell some b.s keep up the work👍
