Can0t stop coming here to watch this episode. Mayim Bialik is great!! Who else would love to watch her playing this character in a movie? WILL THERE BE PART 2??? PLEASE!!!
I speak German and could understand about 85% of what they were saying! I cracked up with Mayim called her mother too! These two men are like the two brother cousins--found in every culture--who can't be separated!
Sort of. Yiddish is practically speaking an Alemannic dialect, as Alemannisch speakers can talk with Yids and it will be hard to tell them apart based off of language (unless you can pick out the Yiddish words).

Sehr Gute! Mayim is a very interesting young woman. Jamie, you guys are terrific. I had a nice surprise. I had the pleasure of seeing you at The Producers at Saidye Bronfman and really enjoyed it a lot. Your old neighbour on Greenwood. Good luck always, ruby heft
Am I the only one who wants a full series of her dating these two dudes, eventually setting them both up with friends of hers, and ending up with the perfect guy for her. They both attempt to crash her wedding but don’t get the guts
OMG I love this video! So I came here because of Mayim Bialik and I am from Germany. It was so cool to listen to people speaking Yiddish, I mean I didn't know how Yiddish sounds like and as you started to speak I kind of was shocked because I could understand most of the spoken sentences without the translation. Besides that, really funny video! Could you do more with her?
+iloveyouall It makes sense that you understood most of the words, since Yiddish is a combination of German and Hebrew (the jews spoke yiddish so that the non jewish people would not understand them...).
I'm not useful as a critic, so no 'assessment'. I would like to say I found this hilarious. You all have a great sense of the absurd. I was laughing non-stop. And thank you! You're very gifted people.
Depending on whether you are a Litvak or a Glitzianer you would pronounce it Chullent or Chillent. So the conjoining of chill and chillent is not a stretch at all. For those not familiar, Yiddish was the primary language of Jews in Russia even though the language is similar to German (except that it has a totally different "personality". ) Jews were not allowed to participate in many aspects of Russian life in the "Pale of Settlement", which had the effect of preserving their culture and language as they kept largely to themselves.
wow I didn`t know that Yiddisch is just German with a Hebrew accent :D I`ve never heard it before, but I understood about 85% and German isn`t my first language :D the difference is like Slovak and Polish :D
Speed dating on steroids.. Love it!! Pre-screening before an actual date! Brilliant!! Too bad this isn't the norm. You'd think there would be a better and more thorough process when choosing a mate. Hell, McDonald's has a better vetting process than some people! lol

+iloveyouall I speak German as well and I was thrilled to understand their Yiddish! It sounds really cool.
This is a litvish dialect, the Yiddish I speak sounds more like Switzerland German than regular German, it's completely different than how they speak
I'm German and I thought "I understand what they're saying but they are pretty bad at speaking German". Turns out it's not German, oops.
