Hi Viren, sure I will try to make a short video covering all your questions. For the books if you type red seal cook you would see two of the books on amazon. And other one just write professional cooking ninth edition. You can take as many attempts you want. Exam is paper based. For scheduling your exam you need to call the apprentice office that have exam center and book your date on the phone.

All it matters how many hours you have in total and if u full fill all the requirements. Yes you will get 50 points for red seal cook certificate.
