I have done the commercial cookery certificate 3, commercial cookery certificate 4, diploma of hospitality and advance diploma of hospitality at TAFE in Australia. Also, in canada I have completed Global hospitality and Global business Management. I have more than enough hours from australia and canada combined but I don't have the payslips from Australia, only experience letters. However, I am working right now in canada at marriott with approx 4k hours experience completed in 2.5 years, which I have full record to show for. Hopefully, with all the qualifications and experience I get the benefit of the doubt.
Hi Mannu, as you described your profile is quite strong. what i would suggest get a job letter from Marriot and get it signed by someone who hold red seal designation saying you full fill criteria of red seal.
