I will never forget hanging out with some friends in 1969 and we got into their GTO. The owner put in a 4-track tape and we were all absolutely blown away. I never heard anything like that. It was an unknown band called Led Zeppelin. Music changed that day!

Led Zeppelin in my opinion is THE best Rock n Roll band thus far. I’m 58, and was playing Physical Grafitti on a portable turntable. I really love this little girl. 🙏🏼♥️
From a standpoint of raw talent probably better than him. Sacrilege I know but true. If she could be part of a band writing amazing original work then she has potential to become a legend. Mozart or Salieri?
@Gods Messenger yeah me too, his reaction to watching her play was amazing, so genuine. You can tell he loved it. I had so much more appreciation for that than I ever did when they were playing. It was so obvious that he really felt good about that.
I am a 53 year old rocker and this little girl makes me smile! Her drumming skills are off the charts and her child like exuberance is absolutely adorable.
Same here. 54 yr old rock guitarist and just love this. The sheer enjoyment she gets from playing is all over her face. Began teaching my 12 and 15 yr old daughters to play guitar a year ago and starting last month, my 6 yr old daughter as well (whom got a short scale electric for her birthday on Jan 26th). She had begged for months for a guitar of her own and I think she is gonna be my rising star! LOL. Girls rock!
The way she feels at ease during the songs she covers its scary, to say the least. The phantom notes on the snare, the doubles and triples on the bass drum, the speed change on the snare and cimbals, pretty much everything she does, it looks so easy. Never seen any drummer so relaxed and composed at the same time, like Yoyoka. Well, maybe Nicko McBrain from Iron Maiden. And best of all, she's a 10 year old young lady with so much more to give us fans. I thought I could drum a bit; after watching some of her videos, I realised that I don't know anything at all. I'm feeling so down, in a good way, but I know I will never be at ease and at the same level as she is. Thank you, Yoyoka. Keep drumming, enjoying life and music, because we fans are waiting for more videos from you. Kind regards from Portugal.
@ Pat McCann I' 56 yo and I've always thought that I am a good drummer. I'm not a professional, by all means, just a normal one. Like Yoyoka, I can't read a musical sheet, just play by ear and feeling, if it does any sense to you. But I have to admit that I'll never be able to get to her level of expertise and easyness. Even when she was 6, 7, 8 years old, she was already showing her class and talent. And that, my friend, not all the professionals can say about themselves. Also, she tends to choose and cover songs that in my humble opinion, are way beyond the level she is at this age. Am I happy with her videos? Oh, Hell Yes! You bet. I can't get tired of listening to her drumming, no way. And being this young, she has nothing to lose. Quite the opposite. Better for her, and all of us fans. Kind regards.
You are absolutely right when I was young it was the beatles and the rolling stones. I'm 66 ,and now it's watching kids like yoyoka and taj farrant . At least ,I know rock ad roll will never die. And the music is in more than capable young hands .
Yeah, this girl is scary good. She has the knack. It's a special talent, a special gift. Bonham had it and so does she. Oh my. Why am I not surprised that she is specially attracted to John Bonham's work? Kindred spirit? Who knows? Whatever it is, this is astounding stuff. Jaw dropping. But that's how geniuses are -- not much impressed with themselves because it's normal for them. The rest of us just try to catch our breath. Whew! Breathe! Breathe!
As you have gotten older you are adding your own style instead of just trying to play the original note for note. I like it! Your right foot is a machine gun!
Was thinking the same thing. This song I know so well (been listening to it since I was 10, now 35), and I could clearly hear it was very different from the original. So many extra hits, especially with the bass. Feels so modern and so her. Love it.
I've been watching her for 2 or 3 years now. It's kind of fun to see her progress and see her grow, adding her own style to what she's doing. With any talented musician their own personality will shine through regardless of how they try to cover a song.
Agree with all the previous comments about Yoyoka’s style development. I would add only to note that masterfully adds ghost notes as well. And she plays with such joy. She’s the whole package.
I am 67 years old and have been playing drums since I was 14. I will never get to the quality of Yoyoka ...
I love how BADASS she can be!! Taking out the record notes and reading them during the break, leisurely leafing through them, then going back in to smash those drums again, totally in control.
she has got SOUL. not only does she have technical proficiency, but she grooves! She is not imitating! She is FEELING IT! Wow, this kid could really go places, I think we're lloking at the future founding member of some fantastic rock band of the future!
The drum part Yoyoka plays in this video is extremely challenging due to its polyrhythms, yet she aces the part like a pro! This kid is extremely talented and obviously precocious. Her exuberance is also adorable. I love how she smiles before starting to play.
I was raised on Zeppelin and this is amazing. Her presence and performance are almost unmatched. Definitely unmatched by anyone within 10 years of age. Zeppelin had one of the greatest drummers of all. It's just sick, hard to put into words as a lover of music

Thank you Yoyoka. I had a rough day at work. But watching you now just changed everything. You brought back memories of why I loved The Mighty Zepp when I first heard them in the 70's! And I'll be smiling until I go to bed tonight!!
I think she wanted to show a picture from that book and hold it into the camera. I think she didn't find it so that it seemed that she makes a little break.
As the many folks have said, how can anyone possibly give this a thumbs down...? I'd say because they are a bunch of miserable, self righteous, no talent, boring, lonely Bastards....The first time i seen this beautiful, soulful little girl, the emotions escaped thru my eyes as i watched with great pleasure and amazement. sure a person can practice one song and get good at it, but there is more than practice to be this great at it. Heart, Soul and a pure mind. i have watched her video of her compilations #4... my lord this girl has got the gift, a perpetual zone. My favorite drummer. Her playing is all the philosophy that needs to be said....!
A year ago I was watching Yoyoka performing really well but you could see a challenging part here and there on her face. Now everything looks easy, simple like breathing.

Perfect, as usual, Yoyoka! Led Zeppelin changing your life has made a lot of our lives happier because we get a charge out of seeing you play an how much you enjoy it. Thank you for the smiles that you bring to all of your fans!!
As a joke, she's flipping through the liner notes of one of the greatest albums of all time. Now that is an old school rock and roller, somehow, somewhere, Johns soul left his heart and jumped into a 10-year-old Japanese girl. Reincarnation is real folks. Just a joy in her face makes me smile every time.

I just LOVE Yoyoka! I an 66 years old and have played the drums since I was 10! Still not as good or polished as her!! You make my day and help me strive to be a better drummer ❤❤❤
Brilliant Your drums have the tone of Bonzo's Ludwig kit. You're a hard hitter just like John with the same feel. The one key to John's playing was he kept the Hi Hats going all the time which added to his sound. Great work Yoyoka you love what you do ad it comes through to us watching. You'e a STAR with unlimited future. Bless You.
One of the last things I've learned from the masters is that playing a music with the wrong notes doesn't make the song wrong. In this case this kid is playing not the notes that were actually recorded, but instead she kept doing lots of John's fills and licks in a passionate and soulful way. Marvelous. Pure fire.
Wow! Her natural talent, combined with the pure joy of playing is simply amazing. And playing Led Zeppelin? My faith has been partial restored in the young generation. Well done!
Although he was known to hit women (&men) & be a super ass#%le when he drank. He'd become the "Beast" of course. He was no angel. Am I wrong? Sorry to throw this out there... He's still one of the best drummers ever & this girl is super awesome!
Has Yoyoka covered Zep's classic rock primer "Rock 'n Roll"? If not, it absolutely has to happen! This is not merely a request, I'm shamelessly begging!
Not adding anything extra at all. 16th notes on the bass drum is overriding the bass line. Screwing around with John Bonham's perfection is not a good idea. Emulation should be the goal
Wow, me and my friend used to jam to this and other songs with our air guitars and air drums when I was a teen and I'm 57 now! It's great how good music can bring generations together.

I think it's because someone can play like John Bonham and the music lives on.
incredible, isn't it !!! and the heart beats faster as well
She brings joy
Because you are SEEING Bonham reincarnated! I only get chills, when I watch her do Zeppelin! Nothing else!

Yes, we are witnessing history in the making.
There's a different light in her eye when she plays Zeppelin. 👁️✨
Your covers of Led Zeppelin are incredible!
This kid is always animated when she plays. But, that does not matter. She is so gifted at such a young age.
This may actually be your best Zep performance so far. In one word: A-m-a-z-i-n-g.
When she stopped and picked up the book ... CLASS ... I'll be back in a minute !
This is such a great song, and Yoyoka is not only killing it, she adds something extra! Perfect young lady!
It;s a BOY, Cletus.
Not adding anything extra at all. 16th notes on the bass drum is overriding the bass line. Screwing around with John Bonham's perfection is not a good idea. Emulation should be the goal
@@ByteMeCompletely lol, maybe you need glasses man
@@ByteMeCompletely Yeah, and your mother is a man...
James Matthews if you want emulation, go listen to the original
timing and grove is impeccable.
Wow, me and my friend used to jam to this and other songs with our air guitars and air drums when I was a teen and I'm 57 now! It's great how good music can bring generations together.
ALRIGHT YOYOKA BE JAMMING ON THIS ONE HOPE YALL ARE ALL SAFE OUT THEIR LOTS OF LOVE FROM TEXAS
What an amazing (very) young drummer. Absolute natural, with timing, rhythm and finesse. Genius.
