    New Video Ideas that WE ALL WANT:
    1. Full Mobility Routine Hips, Quads, hamstrings, calf’s, ankles and GLUTES
    2. How to manage training load
    3. What to eat on the night before and the day of the game
    4. Full Core Workout
    5. Is it better to do sprint session often (3-4) times a week but make it small and short or to sprint less (1-2) and make it a full session like your programs.

    Yoo coach love the content
    Wouldn't recommend doing tempo chin / pull ups for beginner could cause joint issues due to the joints not having enough strength. I would recommend rows and elevated rows to start then progressing to band pull ups then Normal pull ups

      Not true my man! If anything we modify into chin up Eccentric only reps, chin up Iso metrics, banded chin ups, etc
      But I see what you’re saying if it’s too tough they can find something else as well.

    Great video coach! Quick question: on the dumbbell chest press, why is the first image incorrect? Do the 3 picture target different areas of the chest?

      The other two use more shoulder. I’ve found more athletes get more pain from doing it with elbows flared out in the long term.

      Depends on your training age and training frequency. But with that you need to ask yourself can you afford to add a speed session.

      Ask yourself this 1) can you handle it 2) can you still play a good game?
      If you can answer yes to both of them then why not. I have plenty of players that lift before game day but we modify accordingly

      Under 6 reps

      @@ArmasStrength so I should always do under 6 reps in any exercise where you don't have a specific number of reps. So with bench press, landmine press and pull-ups.

      @@enjoytv4929 keep it 6-12 reps. Beginners should stay between 8-12. You’ll still make Strength gains in these rep ranges

    Hi armas i wanted to ask you Can i do for an exercice like one set with 4-6 reps with a heavy weight to focus on strengh and the second set of the same exercice 12 reps with light or normal weights to focus on hyerttophy ?
